anyway ppl
the command list i alrdy ask joping to help us photocopy the one we used for fac
cause in there got the hormat, n dis-pite thingy
mostly all the commands we learn b4 are in there

today gonna teach u ppl how to reassure casulties n mre abt first aid case

u cn get the casualty's information by asking them, searching for ic or even the crowd around us
things that you nid to list down are:
1. name
2. ic
3. age
4. injury
5. treatment
sometime a list wil be given to u, u just write down according to the list

~ someone have to keep asking the officer whether the ambulance hav arrived
~ everyone hav to help each other in first aid case

this is very important cause if the person do not trust u, the casualty will not allow u to treat his.her injuries.
1. approach the casualty
2. tell the casualty your beautiful name
3. tell them u r a FIRST AIDER / ST JOHN MEMBER
4. if they keep on telling u where is pain where is pain. just look at the injury and say CONFIDENTLY that you cn treat it even thought u dont even noe what the hell is the injury
" ma'am/sir, please calm down, dont worry. My name is chengyung and i am from st john. I am here to help relief your pain. Ambulances are on their way. "
