WRK n YR3spls take note !!!!!!!WED 3 SEPTwe will meet at 10am at YISHUN MRT buying GERALD's PRESENTS n BISCUITS n YOU PPL NOE (evil grin***) for the mini bday celebration for mr geraldSUN 7 SEPTall of uu plus the yr3s will meet at YISHUN MRT at 10AMit will end at abt 1PM lyk that or earlier then i hav alrdy find out how to get there but i dno how long wil it take la1. go to YIO CHU KANG mrt station then take bus 13~ sit till the end of the bus ride which is upper east coast road~ pls be smart cause upper east coast road got a lot of bus stop ~ then hav to walk to east coast beach la2. go to BEDOK mrt station then take bus 14~ according to my bro, alight at number 21 bus stop ~ same as the bus 13, it wil be at upper east coast road , then walk to the beach urself erm the bus book he used is lyk 2004 edition (equal to OLD!) deso mayb got some error here n there so PLS

Errr...regarding the st thingy, I dun think I wrote any "st". If it is reflected in ur blog, I apologise for it.
Yea regarding the not talking to non-sj personnel during the activities I noe. Its that I noticed some other seniors are doing it. If we are not aware of this, and we followed, we got scolded. Whose fault? ...hope u can make it clear to one and all. As the cheng2 yu3 goes:"Yi1 shi4 tong2 ren2" we must treat one and all as the same being, not crossing the line of course. Seniors are bound to err, yes I do agree with this point. But if these mistakes carry on to the point that we follow it without knowing it is wrong, it is not an accidental one but a habitual one. But i mean is that seniors shud oso folo the rules. As for the time thingy, we will inform u another time bah :)

Actually, I dun give two hoots about this stuff, but it has grown over time, so...here I am giving my opinions...
If you want to communicate with us, I trust that CCA can be sort of a medium for both parties to do so. There's a thing: Group Interaction. Have you guys/yr 3s thought that group interaction are not important now that we are "bonded"? Sorry if i misinterpret this abolishing of group interaction, but seriously, last time when we had the 30 min group interactions set aside, to now what? 15? 10min? heck, there was one time when we were about to have our group interaction thingy, it was gone when someone said:" I WAN EVERYONE OF U TO GO DOWN FOR PT NOW!" I am not saying that other stuff are not important or that we are well-versed and very good in other aspects. All I am saying is, even something as small as a 15min group interaction session plays a part in managing 'discipline' and 'cohesion'. Ok, maybe not discipline, but surely COHESION?!?! Ok, call me overreacting, but I am truly puzzled why you guys have taken this stuff away from us. May be to add in extra footdrill or first aid for us. Thanks, we appreciate it. (Maybe)it is becus of this taken away so-called 'priviledge', causing this tension to accumulate, leading to a conflict between the two parties.
I dun ignore the fact that we did wrong lah. The thing is that: we are seniors and so are you. We should not do wrong stuff (occasionally and accidentally doesn't matter)Not saying that we should have our own way lah of course. Is that, u seniors are setting not a good image for us wad. We are allowed to talk to non-SJ personnel during CCA non-break time? Is not a matter of priviledge or we deserve it or not, is a matter of yuan2 ze2. I think.

hey year2s, i somehow got some idea about the 'tiff' last friday. & one of them is about scolding you guys infront of other UGs. well, my take of this matter is, it's perfectly alright to scold you guys infront of other UGs. some people brought up the point of being embarrassed publicly. i just want to say this, if your drills isnt good, and you guys are doing in the public (parade square) & when other UGs sees it, you guys are still embarrassing yourselves. true? plus, regarding the using of walau. pardon me for i saw majority of year2s using waulaos during sj activities and in sj room. i know he is your senior and i know you guys have high expectations of him and human are bound to err. that of course is his fault, & i hope you guys will learn from his mistake and make sure you guys don't commit this mistake either. one more thing, talking laughing parades, i saw numerous year2s talking in the Promotion parade ( you know who you are, i don't want to point fingers), you guys (year2s) are seniors too. for heaven sake, show us the more of your maturity and less of your childishness. year1s no eye to see? they dont know how to judge? please remember the fact that you guys are SENIORS too! another thing, for heaven, year2s, dont ever shout or criticize your squadmates infront of your juniors, please learn how to maintain the squad's image and not your OWN image. as a leader, one very impt quality is not to be infallible, it is to be receptive to comments be it good or bad, even if that person shout it out loud in your face, keep your cool, prove to them you can do better, and not start showing attitudes, sulking and moping around. or worse still, cussing vigorously under your breaths. you think we can't see it? then, you are absolutely wrong! mouthing vulgarities is a big boohoo too. you guys are wearing your full u. treat it with respect! no one is ever gona respect some one who dont respect's bearingsrespect one's bearings!** however, on the good side, i am glad that you guys are giving feedbacks so your ssgts could take in and make improvements to make activities more condusive etc. i am also glad that some of you foster great relationships with juniors. people like gerald who takes great initiative, these are plus points that you guys can learn from each other. another thing, just because weekly activities are not nco courses, are not competitions, you guys can permit yourselves to slack and do drills mindlessly. please for heaven sake, maintain the standard. the hardest thing, is not to attain the highest requirements, is to maintain it after you have achieve it! so yea, all the best, you guys still have a long way ahead of you!
