hey year2s, i somehow got some idea about the 'tiff' last friday. & one of them is about scolding you guys infront of other UGs. well, my take of this matter is, it's perfectly alright to scold you guys infront of other UGs. some people brought up the point of being embarrassed publicly. i just want to say this, if your drills isnt good, and you guys are doing in the public (parade square) & when other UGs sees it, you guys are still embarrassing yourselves. true? plus, regarding the using of walau. pardon me for i saw majority of year2s using waulaos during sj activities and in sj room. i know he is your senior and i know you guys have high expectations of him and human are bound to err. that of course is his fault, & i hope you guys will learn from his mistake and make sure you guys don't commit this mistake either. one more thing, talking laughing parades, i saw numerous year2s talking in the Promotion parade ( you know who you are, i don't want to point fingers), you guys (year2s) are seniors too. for heaven sake, show us the more of your maturity and less of your childishness. year1s no eye to see? they dont know how to judge? please remember the fact that you guys are SENIORS too! another thing, for heaven, year2s, dont ever shout or criticize your squadmates infront of your juniors, please learn how to maintain the squad's image and not your OWN image. as a leader, one very impt quality is not to be infallible, it is to be receptive to comments be it good or bad, even if that person shout it out loud in your face, keep your cool, prove to them you can do better, and not start showing attitudes, sulking and moping around. or worse still, cussing vigorously under your breaths. you think we can't see it? then, you are absolutely wrong! mouthing vulgarities is a big boohoo too. you guys are wearing your full u. treat it with respect! no one is ever gona respect some one who dont respect's bearingsrespect one's bearings!** however, on the good side, i am glad that you guys are giving feedbacks so your ssgts could take in and make improvements to make activities more condusive etc. i am also glad that some of you foster great relationships with juniors. people like gerald who takes great initiative, these are plus points that you guys can learn from each other. another thing, just because weekly activities are not nco courses, are not competitions, you guys can permit yourselves to slack and do drills mindlessly. please for heaven sake, maintain the standard. the hardest thing, is not to attain the highest requirements, is to maintain it after you have achieve it! so yea, all the best, you guys still have a long way ahead of you! P.S. am i suppose to comunicate with you guys via this everytime??
